Desks For Every Child!

 Today at the Collective for Orphan Care and Education (COCE) Kenya we are celebrating, because our wonderful donors helped us to raise all the funds needed to build all 90 desks. These desks will furnish the two newly built classrooms in Nangina Primary School and together they will help provide a proper space for Kenyan children to learn, grow, and be a child. 

             COCE is overwhelmed with the outpouring of generosity, especially in light of these uncertain times. We initially set the goal of funding the desks within 3 months and yesterday we met our goal in just 1 month! Funding this project in 1/3rd the expected time has been amazing, and we cannot wait to share updates as we start building the desks and setting them in the classroom. These projects are not possible without the support of our volunteers, advocates, and generous donors and we want to thank you so much.
